You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Bandar69 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to protect your credentials.

Bandar69 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and AmBank), and cryptocurrency transfers in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), and BNB (BEP20).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet and cryptocurrency methods and RM100 for FPX bank transfer. There is no maximum deposit limit for most methods, though Bandar69 reserves the right to apply limits at its sole discretion.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Bandar69 reserves the right to return any deposit made from an unverified or third-party source, and to withhold any winnings derived from such funds pending investigation.
Bandar69 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or network may apply transaction fees independently, for which Bandar69 bears no responsibility. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to standard network confirmation requirements and may experience minor processing delays during periods of high blockchain congestion.
Players may request withdrawal of their available Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed by Bandar69's payments team and are typically completed within 3 to 30 minutes, depending on the selected payment method. Bandar69 does not guarantee any specific processing timeframe and reserves the right to apply reasonable review periods for security or compliance purposes.
Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit (the "same source" rule). This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or derivative creation based on Platform content without the express prior written consent of Bandar69.
Game content made available on the Platform is provided under licence from the respective game studios that develop and publish such titles. Bandar69 does not claim ownership of third-party game intellectual property. Any unauthorized use of game content is the responsibility of the infringing party.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bandar69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if Bandar69 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Bandar69's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bandar69 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times. Bandar69 shall use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
